The two images are the cover designs of the books by the same author. The first one is a trilogy, but was supposed to be one of the volumes of a two volume set. The other volume being the second one. The second book was published after the death of the author, by the son based on his father's incomplete work.Which books and if you dont mind then the author too.

Cracked by Siddharth Pai , assuming that you know who the author is.. :P(of course you know it yaar) and yeah The Hobbit was not put up because Tolkien intended to publish the above mentioned two books(LOTR trilogy was supposed to be a single book ) as the two volume set.
