Rohan you made quite a guess but you made a small mistake, the image is from Nolan's first work but it is not Following instead it is Doodlebug. So you will get only half a point buddy.
Answer: Chritopher Nolan, Syncopy is his production company and Doodlebug is his earliest work.

I am making a guess solely from the post title(which indicated Batman begins) and your statement that he is a phenomenon: Maybe it's Christopher Nolan. Then Syncopy might be his production house and 2 would be a snap from his first work Following. Dunno if this is right...
